The Key Difference
Access to In-House Attorneys
From contract to close, you’ll work directly with our team of in-house attorneys to resolve issues and address buyer needs.
We proactively work to secure a re-issue rate for your clients regardless of the original policy issuer, when applicable, saving up to 50% on the title policy premium.
No-Cost Survey Coverage
We add survey coverage to each Owner’s Policy at no additional cost when provided with a current survey from a licensed surveyor.
No Blanket Exceptions
Some title companies issue blanket exceptions on policies, providing less coverage for the same premium. Key Title only lists exceptions applicable to the transaction.
Work directly with our team of experienced Certified Commercial Specialists to navigate even the most complex commercial transactions; from management and coordination of title searches, underwriting, and escrow to disbursements, closing, and post-closing, we’re by your side.

With Prior Policy Reissue Rate
Key Title cross-references an extensive database of over 7 million prior policies to ensure you receive the best rate possible.
When a Prior Policy has been issued to a Subdivider, Developer, or Builder within fifteen (15) years, your title insurance policy may be up to 50% off the regular rate up to the sales price of the individual lot, unit, or tract subdivided from the Land originally insured.
